In case of cancellation/ amendment a written notice must be received by the hotel at least 24 hours before check-in to avoid a one-day retention charge.

In keeping with heightened security procedures, all our indented guests are requested to present a photo-identity card during the check-in.

Foreign nationals are required to present a Passport & Valid Visa While Indian nationals are required to present any one of the following identity cards:

Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card/PAN Card Please acknowledge this confirmation by a return Email.

If the guest wishes to avail additional package would attract a surcharge and the same may be paid to the hotel directly during the stay.

Payments pertaining to the stay of the guest must be settled directly prior to check-out by cash or approved credit card.

All the Early check-in and late checkout will be accommodated subject to availability and on a chargeable basis.

For early check-in, before 07:00 Hrs full-day charges will be applicable and till 09:00 Hrs half-day charges will be applicable.

A half-day charge will be applicable till 18:00 hrs and Full day charges thereafter.

Non-guaranteed reservations are liable to be released one day earlier than the intended date of arrival

The above rates are exclusive of GST=Goods Service Tax on the special tariff.

12% GST applies to the rate up to Rs.7500,

thereafter 18% GST is applicable.
